The hotel is located right on the beach with cute chipmunks nearby that you can feed from your hand. The rooms were clean, but the air conditioning was noisy and the lack of sunlight prevented items from drying. The staff were friendly, although there was a minor issue with a service provider. Overall, the location is lovely with pools available, but limited sunbeds towards the end. The dining experience was not the best with cold pool water but a heated pool at the spa.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean, albeit a bit small for a couple like us, and we missed out on the apartment view. The food was average, but we always found something to eat, even if it was just pizza. The beach had seaweed to walk through, which wasn't the hotel's fault, and it did have a bit of a smell. It took over an hour for our room to be ready, but once we settled in, everything was spotlessly clean throughout the hotel.

The service was nice and friendly. They even handled a 'poo' incident in the baby pool well. Despite some language barriers, the staff were helpful, and there were plenty of sunbeds available as it was fairly quiet during our stay.

The location was good, with lots of sunbeds around the pools and even a private beach. The hotel entertainers kept everyone busy with activities all day, although we didn't personally use them. The surrounding area lacked much nightlife or nearby shops, but the beachfront setting was lovely.

The dining options were okay, with a variety of food available, but nothing exceptional. We found the breakfast to be mediocre, with greasy and burnt bacon. However, we managed to find something to eat during our stay.

The facilities were decent overall. The pool was good, but it could have been a bit warmer for our liking. There were also some cleanliness issues at the beach bar with flies around, and we noticed a couple of cockroaches during our stay.
